At PurifyYourBody.com, your satisfaction matters to us. While most of our products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, we do accept returns for our Detox Foot Pads under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only Detox Foot Pads are eligible for return.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened or partially used Detox Foot Pads.
  • All other products sold on PurifyYourBody.com (herbal supplements, tinctures, or consumables) are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a return, please contact us at rebecca@purifyyourbody.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at rebecca@purifyyourbody.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible Detox Foot Pads (if unopened) for a refund and place a new order.

  • All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of PurifyYourBody.com and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
